I’m Katy Irwin, owner of Balance Geelong, and since opening the boutique in 2016, my mission has been simple: create a place where women can feel confident, inspired, and completely themselves while they shop.

We’re a bricks-and-mortar boutique first —  The boutique has become a destination — not just for fashion, but for connection. We’ve built a strong, loyal clientele here in Geelong who know that a visit to Balance is never just about clothes. It’s about the laughter, the music, the champagne, and the little details that make it personal.

One of the absolute joys of owning the boutique is getting to know our beautiful clients on a personal level — from family stories to holiday plans, weekend adventures to what’s on the dinner menu. It’s all part of the fun and connection we love sharing in store.
